RML (Raimon Land Public Company Limited), Thailand’s leading luxury and ultra-luxury real estate developer, revealed 2024 strategic plan under the concept of ‘REIMAGINING THE PINNACLE OF LIVING – creating a new chapter in the ultimate living’ comprising 4 key pillars – 1. SUCCESSOR: hold the position of number one leader in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate sectors; 2. THOUGHT LEADER: launch 2 new projects with never-before-seen design concept; 3. CARETAKER: continue to deliver the best customer service and take care of the society under the vision of ‘Sustainable Living’ for business, social and environmental sustainability; and 4. TASTEMAKER: create the best project designs and superior services in collaboration with world-class partners. Meanwhile the company has accelerated the official launch of OCC (One City Centre), the tallest Grade A+ luxury office building in Thailand, by creating a unique tenant mix comprising leading F&B and lifestyle brands to introduce new optimal experience in work and leisure as a brand-new lifestyle destination in the heart of Phloen Chit.

RML strives to generate strong operating results by selling out all projects and reaching full foreign ownership quotas as previously achieved. For two ready-to-move-in projects in 2024, ‘The Estelle      Phrom Phong’, an ultra-luxury condominium, is set to reach 100% ownership transfer in the first quarter of 2024, while Tait Sathorn 12 is targeted to sell out in the first half of 2024 and achieve 100% ownership transfer in the third quarter of the year. 

  1. THOUGHT LEADER

The company plans to launch an exclusive presale for two low-rise ultra-luxury projects worth totally 10,000 million baht. The first is a 3,000-million-baht low-rise ultra-luxury project in Sukhumvit area comprising 5 units at an average unit price of 400 million baht, with exclusive presale set in the end of Quarter 2 or beginning of Quarter 3, 2024. The second is a 7,000-million-baht low-rise ultra-luxury project in Kamala Beach, Phuket, with 7 units available in the first phase at an average unit price of 600 million baht, with exclusive presale set in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Companies that have signed contract to lease office space at ‘OCC’ ranged from world-renowned companies to leading companies in Thailand they came from various industries including technologies, e-commerce, co-working space business, as well as financial and serviced businesses. Companies whose names can be disclosed include The Boston Consulting Group (Thailand), Pacific Prime Consultant, Constellation Nord, DLA Piper, BNP Paribas, 10 Bridge, Waylar Corporation, Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Thailand) Ltd., Mitsubishi Power (Thailand) Ltd., Marubeni Thailand Co., Ltd.,  CBRE Thailand, Amadeus Asia, Cortina Watch, KOKUYO International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Nihon M&A Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd.  and JustCo, Asia’s leading flexible workspace solutions provider. Occupying the 37th to 40th floors of OCC, JustCo’s coworking spaces have been launched since last September, with further expansion within the building planned for later this year.

There are many more shops that have already opened since last year including DEAN & DELUCA, a famous coffee shop originated in America; Au Bon Pain, one of America’s most popular bakery and coffee shops; %Arabica, a very famous café from Japan; Ksana, a famed rich matcha green tea café from Japan; BLK.BOBA Specialty, a famous organic bubble tea shop; and Lawson, a renowned convenience store from Japan. There is also Kinnie Food, a food court that offers foods at affordable prices for office workers as well as everyone in the Ploenchit area. More highlights are on 61s floor and 58th floor with luxury bar and upscale restaurant to be opened in the 1st and 2nd quarters respectively.
