Frasers Property Thailand achieves SET ESG Ratings-GRESB-CGR for fourth consecutive year, demonstrating commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“FPT”), Thailand’s leading integrated real estate platform, has announced its sustainability and good governance achievements, including SET ESG Ratings, GRESB, and the five-star CGR, for the fourth consecutive year. This underscores the company’s dedication to running a profitable business while upholding social responsibility and environmental stewardship. 

This year, FPT has achieved the SET ESG Ratings, which was formerly known as THSI, attaining the AA level, from The Stock Exchange Thailand (SET). This reflects FPT’s commitment to responsible operations, adherence to good governance practices, effective risk and emerging risk management, consideration for all stakeholders, and dedication to social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

FPT has also earned the highest ‘A’ rating from GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), a world-class sustainability standard that evaluates organisations for their transparency in disclosing sustainability information. This ‘A’ rating surpasses the global average and surpasses other organisations in the real estate sector. Furthermore, the company has received a GRESB Green Star in both the Standing Investments and Development Projects categories.

In terms of good corporate governance, FPT has also received a five-star (excellent) rating, the highest rank in the CGR rating (Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies) from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD). In addition, the company has been listed in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
