  1. Cultivating Societal Betterment: Promoting a friendly and inspiring social environment

FPCT’s Samyan Mitrtown has established ‘C asean Samyan CO-OP,’ a co-learning space within the mall spanning 1,400 sqm and offering a conducive learning environment and versatile workspace for students and individuals at no charge. This space is designed to facilitate studying, working, and self-development. Samyan Mitrtown has also supported the “Friends Donate Blood & Extend Lives for One Another” campaign, a quarterly blood donation effort. Over the course of 12 campaigns, over 4 million cc of blood were collected for the Thai Red Cross Society. Amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, FPCT initiated “Mitr Pan Mitr,” utilising its space to gather and distribute food within the community. This endeavour has contributed to alleviating living costs for those impacted by the pandemic.

Furthermore, FPCT recognises and embraces the importance of diversity by actively promoting equality and gender inclusivity. This is put into practice through campaigns that endorse equality both within the corporate realm and in society at large. Initiatives such as International Women’s Day and Pride Month help foster this inclusive ethos. Additionally, FPCT has extended its commitment to diversity with the introduction of employee benefits such as gender equality marriage leave benefits and provisions for gender reassignment surgery.
