The Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) has now reduced its GDP forecast for Thailand this year to 2.0-2.5%, down from 2.5-3.0% on domestic and international factors such as the spread of COVID-19, the delay to the 2020 budget, and high levels of PM2.5 dust, affecting quality of life and outdoor activities. But The Estate expects market conditions to have a limited impact on its market. The company is confident that domestic and international markets still needs quality housing, with considerable long-term growth opportunity with the expected decline in the impact from COVID-19 in the next 3-6 months.

The company’s revenue for the past year is in line with the target of about THB1.2 billion. The target for 2020 will grow by 25-30%.
