The National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) recently reported that Thailand’s economy expanded by 2.5% in Q4 2025, bringing full-year GDP growth to 2.4%. A key driver was private sector investment, which recorded its largest expansion in a decade. The industrial goods export sector also continued to post strong growth despite ongoing global economic challenges. Building on this momentum, the NESDB forecasts that the Thai economy will grow by 2% in 2026.
