BANGKOK, December 3, 2025 – CV Group of Companies, spearheaded by Mr. Apirag and Mrs. Chantip Vanich, has officially announced the launch of “Synthesis Ark Phuket,” a landmark mega-project poised to redefine the island’s landscape. Spanning nearly 500 rai (194 acres) in the heart of Phuket, this visionary development transforms a historic palm plantation into a futuristic model city driven by sustainability. The launch event unveiled the project’s first phase, “NEXUS,” an integrated hub merging office spaces, wellness centers, a lifestyle mall, and hotel.

Occupying 491 rai in Si Sunthon, Thalang District—strategically located along Thepkrasattri Road, the main artery connecting Phuket International Airport to Phuket Town—the project encompasses an extensive mix of residential and commercial components. These include condominiums, luxury villas, office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, educational institutions, health and wellness facilities, and a world-class retail destination. With a total investment of over THB 50 billion, the construction is slated to begin in 2025, with full completion targeted for 2032.
Designed under the Eco-Spectrum Living ethos, Synthesis Ark Phuket emphasizes sustainability, smart-city technologies, and efficient energy and water management. The master plan balances People–City–Nature across three pillars: Sustainable (integrating extensive parks and lakes covering more than 20% of the site), Walkable (everything accessible within 15 minutes on foot), and Self-Sufficient (creating a community equipped for all essential aspects of daily life).
The project’s first phase includes the launch of “NEXUS,” a mixed-use commercial and lifestyle precinct comprising four integrated buildings designed to anchor the community. This initial phase features a modern office building spanning over 10,000 sq.m., an exclusive 70-key premium hotel, a dedicated retail & lifestyle building offering curated dining and shopping experiences, and a comprehensive wellness & aesthetic hub. The NEXUS is scheduled to open its doors in 2028
